Samples, samples, samples!
If you are unsure about a color or style, we highly recommend ordering samples for any wallpaper or rugs before placing your full order. This will save you time and restocking fees! Samples are inexpensive and let you "try before you buy". Having a piece of wallpaper in hand is a helpful way to see colors and textures in person. The photos on our website are produced under controlled conditions; therefore, the colors may look different in your home or office. Not to mention, if you order a sample, we will credit you back for that sample when you place your full order with us. Sweet deal if you ask us!
Want to cancel your order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled during business hours (Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm CST, excluding holidays).
Please send an email to contact.inspirehomegear@gmail.com with "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line. Include your order number for a prompt response.
Please note if your order is already processing or has shipped, we cannot cancel your order. See our return instructions below.
Did you receive something different than what you ordered?
This can happen from time to time, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know as soon as possible, so we can get this corrected for you. Contact contact.inspirehomegear@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of what you received and note what is missing in your email.
Did you order too much?
Wallpaper is produced in batches (runs), which result in slight color variations. Patterns can also be discontinued from time to time. We recommend keeping one or two rolls on hand just in case you need to repair your wall in the future. You will NOT be able to match your current wallpaper if you don't have the same run number. Are you feeling lucky and thinking you'll never need to patch your wall or fix those dings from kids and furniture? Then see our complete return instructions in the next section.
Commercial grade wallcoverings and wallpaper sold by the yard are custom cut to fulfill your order. For this reason, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
All sales are final after 30 days.
Don't like what you ordered or changed you mind?
We get it. Decorating can be tough. To get a return started, you must contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number. Email us at contact.inspirehomegear@gmail.com with your order number and what you need to return. We will send you return instructions with your Return Authorization Number. Roomast reserves the right to refuse opened or used merchandise.
- There is a 20% restocking fee on all wallpaper / wallcovering products and rugs. This is due to changing color variations from batch to batch. We highly recommend ordering a sample to ensure you will be happy with the product before purchasing.
- Wallpaper and wallpaper products - You have 30 DAYS from the product shipment date to request a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us as soon as possible.
- All wallpaper rolls and wall murals must be unopened. We cannot accept returns of opened cellophane or used products. Please order samples if you just want to see what a pattern looks like.
- Rugs and Rug Pads - You have 15 DAYS from the product delivery date to request a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
- Rugs must be unused and in the original packaging. Please order a sample if you just want to see what the color or pattern looks like.
- Pillows are non-returnable and are considered final sale. Please select carefully before ordering.
- The customer is responsible for the costs of opened or used merchandise and therefore a final sale.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, whether a return label is provided or not. If a return label is provided, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund. We recommend shipping with a tracking number, as Roomast is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
- Wallpaper samples are final sale and non-returnable.

Accidental or forgotten purchases?
Roomast is not responsible for "accidental" purchases. Before placing an order, we recommend double checking the products in your cart are correct, that you have the correct shipping address during checkout, etc... These purchases are subject to the stated return instructions above. If you have any doubts, reach out to us and we will help you place the order.
Roomast is not responsible for "forgotten" purchases. These purchases are subject to the stated return instructions above. Please keep your confirmation email for your records.
Delivery Refusal
Please do not refuse delivery of your order. This will make the return process way more difficult than it needs to be. Returns cannot be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Roomast reserves the right to refuse an unauthorized return. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred for the refused delivery.
All sales are final after 30 days.
Arrived too late?
Products may be on backorder from time to time. If you need your order in a specific time frame, please contact us, and we will be happy to check stock levels for you. We are a small company and do not have real-time inventory feeds with all of our vendors.

Roomast is not responsible for carrier delays, due to weather or other circumstances. Please note all orders require 1-3 business days processing time before shipping.
Want to exchange or get store credit instead of a refund?

Is your wallpaper or rug damaged or defective?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at contact.inspirehomegear@gmail.com within 48 HOURS of delivery with your order number, description of the product damage, along with photos showing the damage or defect. We will start on getting this corrected for you right away! is not responsible for wallpaper damage due to improper installation. Please read instructions carefully.
Did you use an installer and have an issue?
Roomast is not responsible for losses due to inexperienced installers, installers who damage the wallpaper when hanging, and installers who refuse to hang certain types of wallpaper.
Please work with your installer before ordering to ensure a smooth wallpapering experience. Call or email us with any questions, and we'll be happy to help!
Installed yourself and have an issue?
Roomast is not responsible for any damage or losses incurred from improper installation of wallpaper. We recommend hiring a professional wallpaper installer, especially for grasscloth, un-pasted wallpaper, and commercial grade products. If you need help to properly install any type of wallpaper, please contact us and we'd be happy to send you some helpful videos and information.
Be sure to properly prepare your walls according to the instructions. For peel and stick, you must wipe down your walls with a soapy damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Let your walls dry for at least 3-4 days before hanging.
Discontinued Products
From time to time a vendor will discontinue a product or pattern without notice. Roomast is not responsible for unfinished projects and costs incurred due to discontinued items.
Credit Card Chargebacks / Disputes
We understand if your credit card was stolen or someone made a fraudulent order. Please do not open a chargeback or dispute your order instead of going through the normal return procedure. This makes the process way more difficult and timely than it needs to be. Contact us FIRST so we can work with you on your return or dispute. Once you open a chargeback you will have to wait 30-60 days or more to receive your refund from your bank or credit card. We cannot issue any money back once a chargeback has been opened for an order.
